Re-Launch Plan

Creating a New Normal in Light of COVID-19

Of primary importance to us is the desire to provide both necessary biblical ministry and personal safety for you and your family. The Re-launch will happen in phases as we consult with our denominational leadership and local health authorities as to current best practices.   As our church transitions through the approved phases it is our sincere desire to display the grace, mercy and love of Jesus Christ.

Worship Experiences

Online Experience is Sunday at 9:00 AM on  our website
On-site  Sundays at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM
We ask that anyone who chooses to worship with us on-site agree to the following:
  1. I will worship from home if I or a member of my household is sick with any flu-like symptoms such as: fever, coughing, shortness of breath, or body aches.
  2. I will help stop the spread of germs by frequently washing my hands (or using hand sanitizer), covering coughs and sneezes, and avoiding touching my face.
  3.  I will practice physical distancing by maintaining a distance of 6 feet from anyone not in my household as much as possible.
  4. I will follow all directional signs for designated entrances, exits, floor markers, and seating signs to keep physical distance from others.
  5. I will refrain from any form of physical greeting (handshake, high five, hug, hand on the shoulder) with someone not in my household.
  6. I will socialize in the sanctuary or in the parking lot 6 feet apart from other households to keep the lobby from becoming crowded.
  7.  If I have children, I will keep them near me and help them abide by physical distancing.
  8. I will wear a face covering (mask) to honor my state and church leaders.  (Exemptions apply)
  9. I will worship the Lord with all my heart, soul, and strength.
  10. I will pray for our community.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Before you arrive...

Here is the short list of new procedures we are adopting to follow guidelines for a safe reopening:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing between services
  • Designating "in" and "out" doors
  • Using every other row for physical distancing between households
  • Face Coverings are REQUIRED in the building.  Children under 5 years old and people with medical conditions do not have to wear a face covering.  You will not have to provide documentation for a medical condition.
    •  Masks will be available
  • Creating a Touch-Free Experience
    • Propping doors open
    • Eliminating paper handouts
    • Smile and wave greeting time

For those who love detail, here is how the experience will be different during this phase of re-opening.

  • We are using the main level only. The lower level Ridge Kids entrance and parking lot will be blocked off.
  • The cafĂ© is closed, no coffee or snacks will be served.  Feel free to bring your own coffee or water bottle. The drinking fountain will not be in use.
  • Restrooms will be open with a capacity of 3 people inside at a time. Marks for a line will be on the floor outside the restroom.
  • We are blocking off every other row in the sanctuary.  Leave a 4-seat gap between you and another household to abide by physical distancing.  As you choose your seat, be mindful of leaving room for another household and stick to an aisle.
  • We are going paperless.  You can take notes and fill out a Connection Card through our App.  If paper is your thing you can print the notes or bring a notebook and pen.
  • Tithes and Offerings can be dropped off as you exit the sanctuary.  If you desire to use giving envelopes contact Diana in the office and she can send you a supply. 715-834-1930
  • You can submit prayer requests through the app.  If you would like someone to pray over you, the pastors will be available after service or you can call the office to schedule a home visit.
  • Kids will be sitting with their families in the sanctuary so expect a little extra noise.  There will be prepackaged activity packets for kids available, but parents should consider bringing other items to keep the kids occupied.  Strollers are welcome for little ones.
  • The nursery is open, but not staffed and no toys available.  The max capacity is 3 families.  A changing table is available in the family restroom and in the main part of the nursery.
  • Socialize in the sanctuary or in the parking lot before or after services to keep the lobby from becoming crowded.  Please abide by physical distancing in these spaces and be aware of the time so we do not run into capacity issues as people arrive for the next service.
